*Diet and Exercise*

Click here! ←There are many ways of diet for example, "Blood type Diet", "Grapefruit Diet".
According to this site, the basic premise for "Blood type Diet" is that the four main blood groups each react in different ways to different foods. This is because humans evolved in different ways for the four different blood groups (O, A, B, and AB).
I think it is wonder the way and effect differ from blood type.
And "Grapefruit Diet" based around the premise that grapefruit contains fat burning properties and is similar to the cabbage soup diet. Most of these diets are very low in calorie diets usually about 800-1000 calories.
I like grapefruit so, I want to try it!
